Scholarship Description
Submit your original photo that captures the essence of what the theme "Shine" means to you. Applications will no longer be accepted after January 16th, 2017. Once the contest is closed, all entries will be reviewed. The winners of each award will be notified by email on or before January 30th, 2017.
